Rom\u00e2nia a fost reprezentat\u0103 de c\u0103tre Cancelaria Primului Ministru, \u00een urma rolului asumat de aceast\u0103 institu\u021bie in promovarea datelor deschise \u00een \u021bara noastr\u0103.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"line-height: 1.5;\">Aceast\u0103 prim\u0103 oportunitate de a evalua impactul adopt\u0103rii Directivei 2013\/37\/EU a fost binevenit\u0103, transform\u00e2ndu-se \u00eentr-un schimb complet de idei \u00eentre reprezentan\u021bii statelor membre. Ace\u0219tia au ar\u0103tat \u00een ce m\u0103sura legisla\u021bia actual\u0103\u00a0 necesit\u0103 modific\u0103ri, care este modalitatea specific\u0103 de implementare a pct. (28) din directiv\u0103, referitor la posibilitatea revizuirii de c\u0103tre un organism de control impar\u021bial ca o cale rapid\u0103 de atac a\u00a0 deciziilor privind reutilizarea datelor publice, precum \u0219i considera\u021bii referitoare la gradul de adoptare a conceptului open data \u00een r\u00e2ndul administra\u021biei \u0219i publicului larg.<!--more--><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"line-height: 1.5;\">A fost din nou exprimat dezideratul de integrare a tuturor datelor deschise guvernamentale din toate \u021b\u0103rile membre \u00eentr-o maniera unic\u0103 de c\u0103utare \u0219i exploatare a lor prin intermediul proiectului ODIP \u0219i a standardului de metadate DCAT.
